We had a wonderful time enjoying the exceptional services, delectable food and drinks, and the serene atmosphere of this heavenly place. We had the opportunity to swim alongside adorable fish and turtles underwater. The spa at Anantara Kihavah is undoubtedly the best spa in the world. I also appreciate the care staff had for both guests and the marine life. In particular, we want to shout out several outstanding staff that went above & beyond for us! I had an incredible experience at a beach resort. I had previously visited Kuredu, a sister island, and had a great time with Crown and Champions company. This time, I decided to try a different island from their collection, and I was not disappointed. It truly felt like a heavenly vacation. My tip for others would be to book the premium jacuzzi beach villas facing Hurawali, as they offer the best views, especially during sunrise. The ProDiving team on the island was excellent, and I even took a trip back to Kuredu to see turtles and Manta rays. Additionally, I visited Hurawali to dine at the 5.8 undersea restaurant, where I witnessed an underwater wedding proposal.

If I were to condense all the amazing experiences we had here into one review, it would be like reading a novel. We traveled all the way from the USA for our wedding and honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. The level of service here is exceptional. Each guest is assigned a dedicated staff member to cater to all their needs in their respective rooms. Similarly, you will have the same server for every meal who will be familiar with your food preferences and any dietary restrictions you may have. Since we have allergies and other dietary restrictions, the sous chef took the time to personally speak with us and ensure that all the food was safe for us to consume. Speaking of the food, it was unbelievably delicious. We were truly spoiled for choice at every meal. The island itself is stunning beyond words. The turquoise and blue waters and the pristine white sandy beaches are simply breathtaking. There is an abundance of wildlife here as well. We encountered baby sharks near the shoreline, sea turtles, crabs, hermit crabs, lizards, geckos, sea birds, fruit bats, and countless species of tropical fish. If you have a love for both the beach and animals, this is the perfect destination for you. We genuinely cannot think of a single negative aspect to mention. This place is genuinely a paradise! We would like to extend a special thank you to Waasil, Alex, and Youssef for making our trip incredibly beautiful and memorable!

This is one of the most elite resorts in the Maldives, offering a unique experience of total luxury. It provides a 100% feeling of being pampered in the comfort of your own home. The food is magnificent, the spa is exceptional, and the personal multi-language butler serves as the perfect concierge. Truly a hidden gem in the Indian Ocean. Having stayed in all the "big brand" resorts, I can say this place is pure magic.

We chose Milaidhoo for our honeymoon, and it turned out to be an incredibly beautiful and tranquil holiday spot. The service was outstanding, with special thanks to Abdulla, our personal butler! The food was amazing, and the ocean was crystal clear, perfect for snorkeling and other water activities.

This beach is a fantastic destination for a vacation. It's our first time visiting the Maldives, and the journey from the airport was smooth. The hotel representative picked us up and quickly brought us to the lounge, which is just a 5-minute coach ride from the airport and located below the seaplane terminal. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff and lively music. Our sunset pool villa was amazing. Nial, our room attendant, was incredibly efficient and cleaned our room twice a day to a high standard, leaving a pleasant fragrance. Thank you, Nial, for your excellent service. The entire place is family-friendly, and the staff is always happy to see you. I would highly recommend any type of accommodation here. Despite the island being small, it offers many picturesque spots to take photos and enjoy the magical Maldivian adventure. The pool and staff are fantastic and catered to all our needs. The hotel food is also excellent. We would love to come back again. A big thank you to all the staff on the island for making this holiday truly wonderful.

I had the opportunity to stay at this delightful and cozy resort called Fushifaru. It has a wonderful Maldivian ambiance and is owned and run by locals. The entire staff, from the front desk to the dining area, was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and warm. The food was absolutely delicious, and even though it was raining during my visit, I still had a great time. The villa I stayed in was absolutely lovely.

We thought the whole week was magical, the staff were really attentive, our katheeb Buddy was just the right balance of supportive without being intrusive. The reef villa was huge and comfortable, and the access to the reef was unbelievable. We spent way more time in the water snorkelling than we thought we would, sometimes getting in three snorkelling sessions in a day from various points around the island. (Our first time at Amilla, and our first time in the Maldives - so take this from a Maldives newbie perspective, but from someone with a decent amount of high-end accommodation in Asia and elsewhere.) GENERAL VIBE Jungly, not too built-up. Laidback. Not bling. Lazy bike rides everywhere. Bats flying through the trees. Largely felt uninhabited except at mealtimes. Elegantly classy without being stuffy. Maybe slightly disjointed in terms of guest interactions, but maybe that's just the Maldives for you. THE STAFF Overall a great experience. Bearing in mind that I don't think we asked as much of our Katheeb Buddy as much as other guests might do, he was very responsive when we did need him and very chilled out and friendly. He proactively booked stuff for us, and gave us guidance on snorkelling spots - even took us out snorkelling with him on the last day. He was unobtrusive, not obsequious but available when required and interested in our happiness and welfare. THE SNORKELLING The reef was great. We had great visibility on the northwest side of the island. Saw reef sharks, nurse sharks, eagle rays, green and hawksbill turtles, morays, and lots of "fish soup" schools. Lots of parrotfish and the odd titan triggerfish. We loved it so much and being able to just nip in for a quick half hour from the back deck of the villa was sensationally good. We loved our expeditions too - the Blue Hole trip showed us that actually we could snorkel over to it from our villa, which we did repeatedly, and the one that went out on the boat to the islands and reefs south of us was great too. The coral and fish life on the submerged atoll to the south was outstanding.

We stayed here for 9 nights from late March to early April, and this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. It is located on a beautiful small tropical island with a relaxed atmosphere. The sand is soft and white, and the sunset side, where we stayed, is larger than the sunrise side. Both sides are equally lovely. The food options were plentiful and delicious, catering to everyone's preferences. If you're looking for a laidback Maldivian getaway, this place is perfect for you. The only minor downside was that the rooms didn't have a proper coffee machine, only instant coffee sachets. However, the coffee served at the restaurants and bars more than made up for it. Overall, we highly recommend this place.

This resort is one of the best I have ever stayed at. It is perfect for families with kids, but my partner and I also enjoyed our time here. While it may not be the ideal spot for snorkeling enthusiasts, it is perfect for divers like us. We had diving and snorkeling excursions almost every day, and the prices were reasonable. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the food was fantastic with reasonable prices. The buffet had different themes every day, so you never got bored. The seafood was incredibly fresh. The game room was always clean and tidy, and despite not being a large resort, everyone had plenty of personal space. Lastly, the water quality on the water villa side was better, and we even spotted some large stingrays swimming around.

Lots of parrotfish and the odd titan triggerfish. We loved it so much and being able to just nip in for a quick half hour from the back deck of the villa was sensationally good. We loved our expeditions too - the Blue Hole trip showed us that actually we could snorkel over to it from our villa, which we did repeatedly, and the one that went out on the boat to the islands and reefs south of us was great too. The coral and fish life on the submerged atoll to the south was outstanding.

We stayed here for 9 nights from late March to early April, and this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. It is located on a beautiful small tropical island with a relaxed atmosphere. The sand is soft and white, and the sunset side, where we stayed, is larger than the sunrise side. Both sides are equally lovely. The food options were plentiful and delicious, catering to everyone's preferences. If you're looking for a laidback Maldivian getaway, this place is perfect for you. The only minor downside was that the rooms didn't have a proper coffee machine, only instant coffee sachets. However, the coffee served at the restaurants and bars more than made up for it. Overall, we highly recommend this place.

This resort is one of the best I have ever stayed at. It is perfect for families with kids, but my partner and I also enjoyed our time here. While it may not be the ideal spot for snorkeling enthusiasts, it is perfect for divers like us. We had diving and snorkeling excursions almost every day, and the prices were reasonable. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the food was fantastic with reasonable prices. The buffet had different themes every day, so you never got bored. The seafood was incredibly fresh. The game room was always clean and tidy, and despite not being a large resort, everyone had plenty of personal space. Lastly, the water quality on the water villa side was better, and we even spotted some large stingrays swimming around.

I had an incredible experience at a beach resort. I had previously visited Kuredu, a sister island, and had a great time with Crown and Champions company. This time, I decided to try a different island from their collection, and I was not disappointed. It truly felt like a heavenly vacation. My tip for others would be to book the premium jacuzzi beach villas facing Hurawali, as they offer the best views, especially during sunrise. The ProDiving team on the island was excellent, and I even took a trip back to Kuredu to see turtles and Manta rays. Additionally, I visited Hurawali to dine at the 5.8 undersea restaurant, where I witnessed an underwater wedding proposal.

If I were to condense all the amazing experiences we had here into one review, it would be like reading a novel. We traveled all the way from the USA for our wedding and honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. The level of service here is exceptional. Each guest is assigned a dedicated staff member to cater to all their needs in their respective rooms. Similarly, you will have the same server for every meal who will be familiar with your food preferences and any dietary restrictions you may have. Since we have allergies and other dietary restrictions, the sous chef took the time to personally speak with us and ensure that all the food was safe for us to consume. Speaking of the food, it was unbelievably delicious. We were truly spoiled for choice at every meal. The island itself is stunning beyond words. The turquoise and blue waters and the pristine white sandy beaches are simply breathtaking. There is an abundance of wildlife here as well. We encountered baby sharks near the shoreline, sea turtles, crabs, hermit crabs, lizards, geckos, sea birds, fruit bats, and countless species of tropical fish. If you have a love for both the beach and animals, this is the perfect destination for you. We genuinely cannot think of a single negative aspect to mention. This place is genuinely a paradise! We would like to extend a special thank you to Waasil, Alex, and Youssef for making our trip incredibly beautiful and memorable!

We were in Jacuzzi Beach Villa. The vila is just a few meters from the water. I just open my eyes in the morning and see the ocean through the window. The shores are shallow enough for swimming. The watter is a bit muddy in the non-reef area of these villas. The reef is easily accesible by swimming. Make sure to use fins. Visit the reef in the morning! I did not feel water current at that time. In the afternoon, there was a distinct current parallel to the island, so be careful! The staff will warn you about that. Don't take it lightly! The food is tasty. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are some extra boat trips. We tried snorkeling and sunset options. I can recommend those.

I can't find any faults with this place. It was my first time visiting the Maldives, and I decided to come here based on the positive reviews. The journey to get here was extremely smooth, and the check-in process was also very efficient. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, and the snorkeling experience is exceptional. I highly recommend bringing fins and a snorkel to save some money. I also suggest going on a trip with the diving team, as they are excellent. The food was delicious, and the rooms were stunning. I agree that the South side of the island, which is the side you land on, is the more beautiful side. However, what truly made our vacation even more enjoyable was the staff. The people here are incredible - they are extremely kind, attentive, and wonderful individuals. I can honestly say that I will definitely be returning here, and I cannot recommend it enough.
