Porat beach is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 7th place out of 216 beaches in the Zadar region 35.6 km away from its center, the city of Zadar. It is one of the beaches of Drage settlement, just 0.6 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area with very picturesque views. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.
It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and light fine pebble, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is very crowded place during the season. There is a campsite located nearby.
