Selca beach is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 83th place out of 378 beaches in the Split-Dalmatia region 40 km away from its center, the city of Split. It is one of the beaches of Podsmrcevik settlement, just 2 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs.
It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and light fine pebble, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.
Selca beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature, toilets. .
