Playa el Tenis is located on the Caribbean Sea (part of South Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 16th place out of 22 beaches in the Matanzas region 2.4 km away from its center, the city of Matanzas. It is one of the beaches of Las Cuevas settlement, just 1.4 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.
