Agia Eleni beach is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 3th place out of 348 beaches in the Thessaly region 99.8 km away from its center, the city of Larissa. It is one of the beaches of Koukounaries settlement, just 1.3 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.
It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and gray sand & pebble cover, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal.
