Banana Beach is located on the Andaman Sea (part of Indian ocean) and it is in the 15th place out of 70 beaches in the Phuket region 15.5 km away from its center, the city of Phuket. It is one of the beaches of Ban Rawai settlement, just 6.8 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.
It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and white fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal.
