Burnt Cedar Beach is located on the Tahoe lake and it is in the 10th place out of 14 beaches in the Nevada region 19.6 km away from its center, the city of Carson City. It is one of the beaches of Incline Village settlement, just 1.5 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

"I absolutely adore this beach. The stunning scenery, lack of crowds, and convenience for Incline Village locals make it a top choice. Don't forget to bring your IVGID cards! I appreciate the addition of servers at both IV beaches. My spouse and I enjoyed sipping on Lakeshore Lemonades while relaxing in our chairs. The beach is also perfect for watching sunsets."

Regrettably, non-Incline Village locals are facing significant limitations in accessing it due to a small but forceful group of residents who are pushing to ban short-term rentals in the area. The irony lies in the fact that many of these residents themselves stayed in short-term rentals before settling here."
