It was an awesome beach to chill at. If you plan on going, it's better to arrive early as parking can be limited.

When I went to Windsnest Park in Michigan, I was absolutely amazed by its vast 4-acre scenery. The sandy beach along Lake Michigan was truly stunning. I had such a wonderful time swimming and having a picnic there. What really impressed me was the considerate addition of play equipment that was accessible for people with disabilities. Additionally, the availability of restrooms, plenty of parking, and a lovely wooden pathway that provided unmatched views of Lake Michigan truly made my experience even better. It's definitely a must-visit place for anyone in the area!

In my opinion, this beach is perfect for families with young children! It has a fantastic playground and convenient restrooms located right next to the parking lot and beach. However, it's important to note that the parking lot tends to get crowded on weekends. To avoid any fines, make sure to register your license plate at the kiosk. The cost for a day visit is $8, but if you plan on visiting frequently, it might be worth getting the annual Ottawa County Parks Pass for $25.
