We really enjoy this place, but unfortunately, there are no public restrooms available at the beach. However, if you require a restroom, there is a park located just up the road that has a portable toilet.

The beach was fantastic, and the best part was that parking was free! It was pristine and conveniently located right next to the parking area. When I visited, it wasn't too crowded, but that might have been because I went early on a weekday in late August. Right at this spot, Stony Creek flows into Lake Michigan. I noticed a river boardwalk along the creek where I saw numerous people enjoying fishing. Despite the rough conditions of Lake Michigan that day, a few brave souls were swimming in the creek. Additionally, there is a small boat ramp available at the park, although it requires a permit.

My family and I own a cottage nearby, and we often visit this beach on weekends during the summer. We really enjoy it! It would be more convenient if there was a restroom facility, but there is a portajon available. It's fantastic to have the parking lot right next to the beach, so you don't have to carry your belongings for a long distance. Additionally, there are fire pits on the beach and the sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. Lake Michigan beaches truly have a unique charm.
