We had to park the car on the main road because the path to the beach was filled with large rocks and fallen trees, which almost caused damage to our car. My boyfriend fell multiple times since this path requires proper footwear, not just flip flops. Unfortunately, the beach lacks any sort of amenities, including shade from trees. We ended up walking for 20 minutes down and 20 minutes back up, enduring the scorching sun with temperatures reaching 35 degrees, only to find nothing at the beach.

The sanitary facilities are in need of upgrading as they appear to be deteriorating. The mini market at the camp has seen better days, but the lady who works there is friendly. It would be great if there was a beach bar, although it seemed closed in August. The small beach within the camp is quite crowded with beach chairs stacked on top of each other, making it difficult to find a spot for your towel. There is a larger public beach available, but it requires a key for access. Overall, this camp was not what we were looking for. On a positive note, the town is conveniently located nearby and offers a beautiful view of the sunset.

While dining at the restaurant, we had the delightful opportunity to encounter Panos, who made us feel right at home and consistently looked after us. He provided us with all the necessary information and recommendations for our vacation on the island. If you have a fondness for sunsets, the beach offers the most breathtaking ones. The food is delicious, and throughout the day, the DJ plays incredible music. We wish we could extend our stay there even longer ♥️.

The water is clear as crystal, the beach is sandy, and it's a peaceful spot for snorkeling. One side of the beach boasts a beach bar while the other has a tavern. It's a great spot to catch a beautiful sunset.

The water might be crystal clear, but that's about the only thing this beach has going for it. The view is nothing special and you'll have to shell out some cash just to get a sunbed. The prices are somewhat reasonable, but it's still a hassle. Don't bother making a trip out here unless you're really desperate for a swim.
