This resort is a must-visit! It was so difficult to leave because the service and facilities were absolutely perfect. And trust me, I'm not easily satisfied. There was always someone available to assist you, from helping with your car to welcoming you with a refreshing drink and taking care of your belongings. This level of support was consistent throughout my stay. The food and drinks were incredible, and the spa was a true treat.

We stumbled upon the most exceptional beach in the Tulum vicinity. For a mere 70 pesos, we were able to enter and enjoy the serene atmosphere. To our surprise, after walking a mere 200 meters up the beach, we found ourselves in the midst of a completely empty beach, even on a bustling weekend. The bar on the beach offered drinks at reasonable prices, with beer costing only 45 pesos. It was a breath of fresh air to discover a place in the area that wasn't solely focused on taking advantage of its visitors.

This resort is absolutely amazing! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. They are constantly cheerful and ready to assist, fulfilling your every request. The pools and entertainment provided are exceptional, and the food and drinks offered are absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend trying the coco loco and the purple rain. I am already planning my next visit and will definitely be saving up for it as soon as possible!

This beach is truly stunning! I was impressed by the efforts to maintain the natural beauty while still allowing visitors to enjoy snorkeling. During our visit, we were lucky enough to observe some turtles up close, which was truly breathtaking. However, I would caution against purchasing tickets from the individuals located on the roadside, as they will charge you more for the same service you can obtain on your own.

This beach offers an incredible opportunity to witness sea turtles in their natural habitat, but it's important to visit during the right season to avoid the overwhelming presence of seaweed. If not for the seaweed, this beach would truly be a picturesque paradise. On breezy days, the waves are perfect for surfing, while on calm days, the water appears to be an expansive, tranquil pool.

We had an incredible vacation, and the service provided by several individuals made it even more enjoyable. Rodrigo, our concierge, was exceptional and took care of all our needs. Victor and Jose, who drove us around, were extremely friendly. Anselmo at Driftwood went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Although our AC leaked a few times, it was promptly fixed. If you decide to visit this place, you won't be let down.
