This place is definitely worth checking out. The resort is one of the best I have ever been to. I would definitely give it a 5-star rating for its location and customer service. The chicken nuggets and house sauce at the bar are absolutely delicious. The pool is stunning. The butlers (I want to give a special shout out to Jonathan) and the staff are exceptional. The food and drinks by the poolside are decent, although I really wish they had a shuttle that goes to old San Juan. The ghost crabs that can be seen at night on 187 are absolutely fascinating. I would also highly recommend taking a detour to El Yunque and getting a mask in Loiza near mile marker 23.5.

The rooms are spacious, offering comfortable and well-lit bathrooms. The towels provided are fluffy. Additionally, guests receive bottled water daily, but there are also eco-conscious facilities available for refilling water bottles. The beach resort offers numerous activities suitable for families. The pools are large and there are plenty of options available, ensuring that none of them feel overcrowded. Every morning, we enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant, and the ever-changing offerings kept it interesting. However, it seemed that the hotel was not adequately prepared for the number of guests, as there was a shortage of servers. This shortage affected various areas, including the pool, restaurant, car service, and room cleaning. On one occasion, our room was not cleaned until 4 pm, despite us leaving early for breakfast, and on another day, it was still not done by noon. This level of service was disappointing, especially considering our expectations for a Grand Reserve experience. Despite its massive size, the resort provides golf carts for convenient transportation. The spa is particularly impressive, and we highly recommend their facials and massages.

We had no prior knowledge about this resort before we arrived to commemorate our 15th wedding anniversary and honeymoon. From the reception staff to the beach attendants, everyone displayed great friendliness and provided assistance whenever needed. The room had an ideal spaciousness and offered a lovely view of the rainforest. From the main entrance to the guest accommodations, every area was exquisitely decorated. We dined at two of the restaurants, although we found the noise level in the lobby to be a bit overwhelming for our taste. The casino provided enjoyable entertainment during the occasional rain showers. We are absolutely certain that we will be returning in the future.

This serene beach boasts crystal clear waters that glisten in the sunlight, and my sunset photos simply cannot capture its true beauty. It's an ideal location for leisurely strolls, frolicking in the waves, and scouring for sand dollars. When you need a break from the sun, there are plenty of shady palms to relax under. Additionally, there are numerous roped-off sections to protect the leatherback turtle nests, which is an impressive sight to behold.

The beach is truly magnificent, with a natural barrier to the north that provides some protection against the powerful waves. Although the main parking lot was closed during our visit, we found an alternative spot behind the charming 'Kioskos' that is conveniently located right by the beach. Compared to other beaches on Puerto Rico's North shore, this one is slightly more pristine, though you may still come across a stray dog or some litter scattered amongst the sand.
