Playa Corsica

We had a rejuvenating stay at a beautiful farm right by the beach. The property is situated right on the beach, so we could wake up to the sound of crashing waves and the melody of birds every morning. One of our favorite things was enjoying our morning coffee while looking out at the beach and the cows on the farm. We wish we could have this experience every day! Since it's a local beach, we had the entire coastline to ourselves, which was a pleasant change from the crowded tourist beaches. The addition of outdoor showers, a pool, hammocks, friendly pets, and fresh fruit from the farm made it absolutely perfect! We also want to give a special shoutout to Kevin for making our late-night check-in easy and for mailing back my Kindle, which I accidentally left behind. It may just be a device, but it holds sentimental value to me, and I truly appreciate the extra effort. Thank you once again! 🙏🙏

This beach is truly magnificent, boasting an abundance of turtle nests and stunning rock formations. The sky is filled with pelicans and other sea birds, making for a picturesque view. The water is absolutely breathtaking, however, it is important to exercise caution as the currents can be quite strong. If the water appears rough, it is best to avoid going in. For a unique adventure, take a hike to the left and observe the rocks that resemble a sleeping Taino head.

This beach is truly amazing and a must-visit. You won't be disappointed. I had a blast spending time with my loved ones here. The beach has ample shade and the water is stunning. It's the perfect spot to relax on your hammock or even camp overnight. I highly recommend it with a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.

This destination is truly unique and worth the visit. If you plan on stopping at the lighthouse first, be aware that parking is limited and maneuvering can be tricky. However, the breathtaking views make it all worthwhile. The beach is absolutely stunning and a must-see. If you continue down the road about 1km, you can park near some restaurants and access the beach from there. Once on the beach, head west (right) and you'll likely have the entire stretch to yourself. Although swimming may not be advisable due to the strong waves and abundance of seaweed, you can still enjoy a peaceful walk by the water's edge. It's easy to imagine yourself on a secluded island in this beautiful setting.
