The rooms are spacious, offering comfortable and well-lit bathrooms. The towels provided are fluffy. Additionally, guests receive bottled water daily, but there are also eco-conscious facilities available for refilling water bottles. The beach resort offers numerous activities suitable for families. The pools are large and there are plenty of options available, ensuring that none of them feel overcrowded. Every morning, we enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant, and the ever-changing offerings kept it interesting. However, it seemed that the hotel was not adequately prepared for the number of guests, as there was a shortage of servers. This shortage affected various areas, including the pool, restaurant, car service, and room cleaning. On one occasion, our room was not cleaned until 4 pm, despite us leaving early for breakfast, and on another day, it was still not done by noon. This level of service was disappointing, especially considering our expectations for a Grand Reserve experience. Despite its massive size, the resort provides golf carts for convenient transportation. The spa is particularly impressive, and we highly recommend their facials and massages.
We're having a great time here. The beach beyond the swimming pool areas is absolutely stunning, the grounds are very well-maintained, and there are some convenient restaurants nearby. However, we were let down when we requested two additional chairs for our outdoor balcony and they declined. It would have been simple for them to accommodate us, considering it's the low season with plenty of vacant rooms and ample space on the balcony. As a result, only two out of the four of us can enjoy the view at a time, which slightly dampens an otherwise enjoyable experience.
What a sight to behold! This beach is a true gem with its breathtaking views of the verdant cliffs that surround it. And the best part? It's just a quick detour from the main trail, so you won't have to break a sweat to get here. But let's not get too excited, shall we? Swimming is not recommended here, as the waves can be quite unforgiving without the protection of a reef. So, unless you're a daredevil, you might want to stick to sunbathing and admiring the scenery.
This serene beach boasts crystal clear waters that glisten in the sunlight, and my sunset photos simply cannot capture its true beauty. It's an ideal location for leisurely strolls, frolicking in the waves, and scouring for sand dollars. When you need a break from the sun, there are plenty of shady palms to relax under. Additionally, there are numerous roped-off sections to protect the leatherback turtle nests, which is an impressive sight to behold.
This shore is a true gem. As countless others have raved, simply park at Sevens Seas beach and take a leisurely stroll to the left until you spot the sign and follow the path. Be sure to pack plenty of water and snacks to savor as you bask in the beauty of this serene spot. The water is delightfully placid, pristine (devoid of any pesky seaweed), and crystal-clear. I am already dreaming of my next visit to this idyllic oasis.
The beach is truly magnificent, with a natural barrier to the north that provides some protection against the powerful waves. Although the main parking lot was closed during our visit, we found an alternative spot behind the charming 'Kioskos' that is conveniently located right by the beach. Compared to other beaches on Puerto Rico's North shore, this one is slightly more pristine, though you may still come across a stray dog or some litter scattered amongst the sand.
