This beach on the North Shore is decent. It may be enjoyable if you're not used to going to beaches, but there are many other spots on the island that are superior. However, it's not a bad place to go. It's great for swimming and snorkeling, especially if you have children. Additionally, there's a lovely trail along the waterfront. If you're not a guest at Turtle Bay Resort, there are parking spots accessible from the shoreline, but they fill up quickly, so arriving early is recommended.
This stunning beach boasts a breathtaking view that will leave you in awe. To fully appreciate the beauty of the sunset, be sure to arrive early in the afternoon as it tends to get crowded quickly. Additionally, there is a convenient food option nearby for your convenience.
This beach is stunning and somewhat secluded, located in a quiet neighborhood on the North Shore. The sand is a lovely shade of pink and feels soft to the touch. While there is a slightly rocky entry point, you can easily find a smoother sandy entry nearby.
We visited this stunning beach at the end of April and were amazed by the gorgeous sand, huge waves, warm water, and breathtaking mountain views. It felt like we were visiting a place straight out of a PC screensaver photo. We were so glad we stopped by!
To start, Oahu Island is absolutely stunning. The locals are incredibly hospitable, as I experienced when a homeowner offered me an avocado from their tree while I was walking through an alleyway after visiting Ke Iki Beach. The scenery is breathtaking, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. During my visit in February 2021, there weren't too many people around, but there were enough to enjoy the island's beauty. However, I do want to caution first-time visitors about the potential for riptides. I got caught in one and struggled a bit before realizing what was happening. It's important to let the tide take you out and swim diagonally to escape its grip. The water is warm and great for snorkeling, but I recommend checking out Three Tables Beach or Shark's Cove for the best experience. Despite visiting during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Hawaiian government is doing an excellent job to keep both citizens and visitors safe. Overall, I had a fantastic time on Oahu Island.
