This is by far my favorite spot for taking pictures and having a picnic at the beach! The beach itself is long and narrow, with calm, crystal blue water that's perfect for swimming, but not so great for snorkeling since there isn't much to see. The view of the beach is absolutely stunning, with the impressive Ko'olau mountain serving as a picturesque backdrop that looks like something straight out of a screensaver. However, parking can be a bit of a challenge since there are very limited spots available in the roadside parking lot, and parallel parking is the only option. Thankfully, there are showers and bathrooms available for public use. 🌺🤙🏼
We visited this stunning beach at the end of April and were amazed by the gorgeous sand, huge waves, warm water, and breathtaking mountain views. It felt like we were visiting a place straight out of a PC screensaver photo. We were so glad we stopped by!
This beach is absolutely fantastic! It's an ideal spot for those who are new to surfing, with excellent conditions for beginners. Additionally, it's a wonderful place for children to have a great time and enjoy themselves.
The beach located on the north coast of Oahu is truly a gem. During our visit, the weather was a bit rainy, which may have contributed to the peaceful and serene atmosphere. We enjoyed taking a leisurely stroll along the beach, taking in the breathtaking views. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we highly recommend a visit.
While driving around, we stumbled upon a beach area that left us in awe. The beauty of this place is truly remarkable and far less crowded than the popular Waikiki beach. The atmosphere is serene, peaceful and exudes a tranquil beauty that is hard to find elsewhere. It was our last day here and we regretted not discovering this side of the island earlier. But we are grateful to have found it and it gives us a reason to come back. The vibe is laid back and it seems to attract fewer tourists, making it a perfect spot to get away from the typical touristy areas. If you are a local, then you already know how lucky you are to have such a gem in your backyard.
