Secret Beach Oregon

This beach is a fantastic hidden gem. It may be a bit tricky to find the entrance if there aren't many people around, but once you do, you'll be rewarded with a beautiful blend of lush forest, towering mountains, and pristine beach.

Harris Beach

Whenever I visit this beach, it is always bustling with activity, yet it never fails to mesmerize me with its stunning beauty. As we made our way back home, this was our final destination, where we were treated to a breathtaking sunset that left us in awe.

Kissing Rock

This expansive shoreline boasts captivating natural rock formations, adding an extra element of beauty to the already stunning scenery. The descent from the parking area to the beach may be a bit steep, but it's well worth the effort. A perfect pit stop to take a break from driving along the 101 and stretch your legs while soaking up the serene atmosphere.

Pelican Beach

This is a great spot if you're looking for some solitude. It's also perfect for catching a breathtaking sunset on a lovely evening.

Arizona Beach

Unfortunately, my visit to this beach was brief. However, I plan to allot a longer duration for my next trip. The weather was pleasant with ample sunshine and clear skies. The beach was conveniently accessible and the gentle breeze made for a comfortable atmosphere. It was an ideal location for a picnic.

Whaleshead Beach

The warning sign at the entrance of the beach advises that a 4-wheel drive vehicle is preferred, and I strongly agree. Although we managed to drive down to the beach in a 2-wheel drive SUV, we ended up kicking up some rocks along the way. Despite the windy weather, the beach was breathtakingly beautiful. The Whaleshead creek flows into the ocean at this location and carves through the beach's black sand, creating an awe-inspiring visual effect. The hiking trails are delightful, and there are well-maintained picnic tables available at the parking area. If you can safely make it down to this beach, it's definitely worth the trip!
