Regarding the gravel, apparently the owners have nostalgia for the shores of the Black Sea, since the coast near the farm is a small shell. 3. The Yasenskaya Spit is almost the beauty of Azov, since day and night it is full of mosquitoes and gadflies; they are not afraid of any creams or sprays, which we felt upon arrival, and the room was full of mosquitoes, the owners did not prepare it in any way, but more about the room... 4. Room: infested with mosquitoes, the rooms were very dirty - the floor was covered in crumbs, the owners didn’t even bother to wipe it down before arrival, although they had booked 5 days before arrival!!!, the bed linen was stained and, of course, the linen itself was cheap synthetic! it was immediately removed, since it was impossible to just sit at the table... the shower room had mold on the seams in the tiles, the shower hose was broken, which is why the water simply did not reach the watering can! And all this costs 5000 rubles per day in such a wilderness!! 5. Food - unjustifiably inflated prices for borscht for the first and second course, cutlets with pasta for 2 adults they charged us 1700!!! - [ ] Conclusion: fortunately, we were not there for long, we spent the night and left! Move to another normal place! Therefore, advice to tourists - do not believe the photo.

The guest complex is located on the shores of the Azov Sea, on the territory of the complex there is parking, a comfortable summer kitchen, guest rooms are equipped with everything necessary for living. The beach is 50m away, Yasenskaya Spit is a 10-15 minute walk, you can also go by car to any place convenient for you. The friendly hosts will show you everything - they will tell you everything, there is all the possible dishes to choose from, you can cook it yourself, you can pre-order breakfast, lunch, dinner for a fee. The food is delicious, the portions are large. The sea is warm, an ideal holiday for families with small children or those who want to relax in peace and beauty ☺️

Nice guest house. Ideal place for those who seek privacy and silence. Three buildings on the territory. The room is of sufficient size, cozy, clean, very well equipped - there is everything, absolutely everything. Parking on the territory. Meals for an additional fee, but exclusively home-made - very tasty and not expensive. For personal needs there are barbecues. In front of each room there is a bench, a clothes dryer and sun loungers. The sea is 5 minutes away, but it is better to spend 10 and walk to the spit. Although the water there was also muddy, but warm. The hosts are exceptionally friendly, caring, talkative people. Two shops within walking distance, the room has a two-chamber refrigerator.
