Upon arriving, my first impression was disappointing as I walked up the jetty and saw the main building's roof in poor condition, along with rotten and unpainted fascia boards. My room had several issues, including a fuzzy TV, a rotten step at the entrance, and a stopped-up sink, but all these items were quickly corrected or repaired. Despite these initial problems, I really enjoyed my room. My main issue was with the main building where everyone gathers and has meals. The food was not something I’d want to eat again; I enjoyed the seafood, but the western dishes were a definite "Oh No." If you’re looking for a nice beach, this is not the place for you. The pool area was okay but also had damaged areas around it. Many of the wooden boardwalks were rotten and in bad condition. Don’t even bother using the little card they provide to get your bedding changed—they don’t change it unless you stand there, ask directly, and watch them do it. Personally, I don’t think I would return to this location. However, the staff are very friendly, smile, and serve you well.

The location is breathtaking, and the cabins are charming, as are the staff. I’ve only given 3 stars for service because the food leaves much to be desired. The quality of meals varied from substandard to merely acceptable. I wasn’t expecting 5-star cuisine at these prices, but making simple and tasty food shouldn’t be difficult. A few dishes were even inedible. If the resort can improve the food, they’ll definitely attract more customers. As I mentioned, the staff are fantastic—warm, friendly, and helpful. We had a wonderful time with Ben and the team from the diving center. Just focus on improving the cuisine.
