We purchased a package for Robinson Khao Lak without much knowledge about Robinson. Despite our initial concerns about the language barrier, we were pleasantly surprised by how fantastic and accommodating this resort turned out to be. Location-wise, we really enjoyed that it was situated in Khao Lak rather than the chaos of Phuket. It was the perfect setting for our small family to simply enjoy the resort without having to venture out for anything. Additionally, being in Khao Lak made it convenient for us to partake in activities in the surrounding area. The resort itself was absolutely amazing. I had never stayed in a resort or location for more than a few days, but this one was perfect. It offered inclusive dining, wellness classes, water activities, multiple pools, and spas throughout the resort. The Kids Club was a hit with our children, allowing us some much-needed time for ourselves. We also appreciated the focus on wellness at the club. The inclusive dining option worked out perfectly for our young family. It eliminated the guesswork when it came to feeding our 6 and 3-year-olds. We simply chose what they were willing to eat and enticed them with the incredible dessert bar at the end of each meal. I personally loved the variety of Western and local food options. Each night, there was a special dish, often with a themed dinner. The food was consistently wonderful, prompting me to go back for seconds or even thirds. As for the rooms, we had a connecting room which provided ample space for us and the kids. The beds and sheets were comfortable and clean. The king room was particularly great as it didn't require the air conditioning to be turned on. However, the double room needed the air conditioning to be on at all times, otherwise the room would become hot and humid, leading to condensation. The service we received was the highlight of our trip. The staff members were all exceptional. From the reception to the food and beverage team, the kids club staff, the cleaning crew, and the activities team, everyone was absolutely wonderful and truly made our experience special. Our kids even ended up drawing over 20 thank you letters for each staff member that we got to know. It was great that we had the opportunity to meet and chat with everyone, including the managers who would often lend a hand in the main restaurant. I can't list all their names here, but Adam, Richard, Tony, and their teams were truly phenomenal. The Robinson Experience lived up to its reputation in Germany and Europe. After experiencing some of it ourselves, we can confidently say that it is a great product. Every aspect of the club, from the songs to the staff, the games and activities, the organization, and the structure, was memorable. In summary, we absolutely loved our experience here.

Long beige sandy beach ideal for strolling for kilometres. The beach is dotted by small beach restaurants and massage parlours . Very quiet without motor boats

Cet endroit idyllique est un véritable havre de paix. Idéal pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants, la plage offre toutes les commodités essentielles. Le personnel est incroyablement cordial et accommodant, la cuisine est excellente et les prix sont raisonnables. Les arbres offrent une ombre abondante et le vent rafraîchissant est une présence constante. L'établissement est géré par des bénévoles et une partie des revenus bénéficie aux écoles et à l'économie environnantes. Je tiens cette destination de Khao Lak en haute estime - un lieu à visiter absolument !

Questa spiaggia può essere esteticamente piacevole alla vista, ma non contare di fare un bagno in acqua. Il mare mosso la rende meno che ideale per nuotare. Quindi, a meno che tu non stia cercando un luogo pittoresco per rilassarti e prendere il sole, potresti voler tenere le tue aspettative sotto controllo.
