Contea di Flagler: 3 spiagge nella zona

Abbiamo soggiornato al sito 46, che è uno dei pochi posti ombreggiati nel parco. È tranquillo e silenzioso, con il suono delle onde dell'oceano di notte. Sarebbe bello avere un'area giochi per i bambini. Una notte abbiamo avvistato un opossum e un lince durante il nostro ritorno dalla spiaggia.

We made a quick stop at this beach while traveling in our RV on our way to another State Park for the night. The park is split by HWY A1A, with the older section closer to the beach. The sites on this side are small and may be difficult for RVs over 24 feet, as advised by the Ranger on duty. On the other side is the newer RV section, which has plenty of space for larger RVs. Neither side has sewer hookups, but there are dump stations available. There is no wifi, but we had 2-3 bars with T-Mobile. If you are just visiting, there is no designated RV parking area, but the Ranger allowed us and another rig to park temporarily in a small field near the end of the drive on the newer side. If you are approaching the park from the North, such as Flagler Beach, you will need to make a right turn. When leaving, be cautious if your GPS instructs you to turn right on A1A, as some sections of the road are prone to flooding. The first 10 miles or so from the park are narrow with no shoulder. There are bike trails and a nice Nature Walk hiking trail available. The Ranger Station offers a small selection of park-specific merchandise.

Luogo divertente dove parcheggiare e passeggiare lungo la spiaggia. Pulito e ci sono bagni.

Ottimo posto per fare una passeggiata tranquilla e serena, senza la folla.

Assolutamente adoro Flagler! Assicurati di usare i passaggi pedonali che hanno le bandiere per fermare il traffico che attraversa A1A
