Perché restare altrove! Tutto è stato meraviglioso. Mia moglie ha soggiornato in hotel a 5 stelle in tutto il mondo ed è rimasta impressionata da questo posto. Gli arredi, il design e la decorazione delle camere erano eccezionali. Il cibo e le varie attività all'aperto e le stazioni per mangiare/bevere rendono piacevole e comodo il soggiorno all'interno del resort. Abbiamo prenotato un giorno extra perché non volevamo che finisse. Torneremo sicuramente.

Ero lì per un matrimonio e il personale è stato molto accomodante. La camera era pulita e pronta al mio arrivo. La posizione è incredibile e il tempo era ottimo. La vista dalla mia camera era sull'oceano ed era spettacolare. Non mi è voluto molto tempo per capire la disposizione del resort mentre camminavo e mi godevo questo bellissimo resort sulla spiaggia.

Our second visit this year and everything was exceptional as always. The pool opened while we were there and we were the first guests to get to enjoy it...truly a work of art! Sandra, Sarah and the staff are fantastic. They attend to anything you need though you won't even know they are there unless you need them. This is a place to come for disconnecting and true relaxation, I saw two other guests the entire time we were there. As a juxtaposition, our grown children were staying next door at Cheeca Lodge where we met for a drink-I couldn't wait to get back to the serenity of the Moorings! If you want a reminder that the larger world still exists simply walk 5 minutes from the property to the finest restaurants, bars and shops the Fla Keys have to offer. Not a blade of grass is out of place here and the only sounds are palm trees in the breeze, various types of birds singing and waves gently lapping the beach. I looked at my phone only to verify a dinner reservation and, sadly, my return flight home. Zero Television (except the FIFA and Eagles game!!!)...and never thought twice about it. Best property, Best staff, Best ownership. No corporate involvement here, just pride of ownership and a level of caring that can only be possible when the number one priority is the guests experience and the property owner and staff are focused on only that. Such a rarity these days but what a difference it makes.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo scelto The Moorings per il nostro decimo anniversario di matrimonio ed è stato il viaggio più bello che abbiamo mai fatto. Il personale, la struttura, la posizione: tutto era perfetto. Abbiamo anche scattato delle foto con l'abito da sposa e i giardini erano assolutamente ideali per questo. La gentilezza e l'attenzione del personale sono state davvero eccezionali. Grazie per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così memorabile e sorprendente. È semplicemente stupendo qui. 💗

Al nostro arrivo di domenica, abbiamo scoperto che l'ufficio era chiuso, dato che la domenica chiudono alle 11. Anche se la chiave è stata lasciata per noi, siamo rimasti delusi nel non trovare asciugamani per la piscina o la spiaggia. Inoltre, la stanza sembrava obsoleta e abbiamo notato una barra della scogliera lasciata sul pavimento, che ha sollevato preoccupazioni sulla qualità delle pulizie. Nonostante i nostri tentativi di contattare più volte l'hotel, lasciando messaggi, non abbiamo ricevuto risposta, nemmeno il giorno successivo. Solo quando finalmente abbiamo visitato di persona l'ufficio siamo stati informati di un numero di emergenza affisso sulla loro porta. Sarebbe stato più utile se questo numero fosse stato fornito nelle camere o sul sito web, dove solitamente gli ospiti cercano tali informazioni. Inoltre, la nostra esperienza è stata ulteriormente smorzata dalla presenza di una famiglia numerosa e rumorosa che sembrava dominare la zona della spiaggia durante il giorno e la sera. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza spiacevole.

We arrived on a Sunday to find the office closed, as it shuts at 11 on Sundays. Although the key was left for us, there were no towels provided for the pool or beach. The room felt outdated, and we even found a Cliff bar on the floor, which raised concerns about the quality of housekeeping. Despite calling the hotel's phone number multiple times and leaving messages, we received no response, not even the following day. When we finally spoke to someone at the office, they mentioned an emergency number posted on their door. Perhaps it would be more helpful to include this number in the rooms or on the website where guests are more likely to see it? Additionally, a very loud and large family was staying there, monopolizing the beach area both day and night. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Questa non è una spiaggia che sceglierei per nuotare in questa stagione. La riva era disseminata di numerosi esemplari di Medusa Velella di dimensioni piccole e medie. Tuttavia, è un luogo fantastico per passeggiare e scoprire. Abbiamo incontrato numerosi granchi, granchi eremiti e conchiglie piccole.
