Mio marito ed io siamo andati a esplorare quest'area un giorno, sono rimasto stupito da quest'area. Le case sono così belle e decorate magnificamente. Il South Shore Park è un parco pubblico. È un buon posto per picnic. C'è anche una piccola area spiaggia. Puoi camminare verso molti ristoranti e bar da questo parco. È anche un buon posto per una passeggiata serale. C'è anche un piccolo set di altalene per bambini.

This is quite unfortunate. The playground is in an ideal location near the lake with a beautiful view, but it really needs some upgrades. However, the area is pretty clean and it's a great spot for a walk.

I am so glad we stopped by here! It was fairly quiet and so beautiful. The waves were perfect and we had such a great time swimming in the lake! Would have loved to stay longer.

The parking lot is very small and fills up fast on busy summer days. There is limited street parking.

This was my first time really spending time here, and I was thoroughly impressed! If you love volleyball, people-watching, walking, drinking, or just soaking up some sun, this is a must-visit spot. It's definitely one of the trendier beaches. There are scooter rentals, about three tiki bars right on the beach, benches scattered all around, tons of volleyball nets, and an awesome concession stand with decent prices (they serve alcohol too). The bathrooms are clean, and I was amazed at how well-maintained everything was. There are always cops nearby, which made me feel safe, and they were friendly too! The beach itself is a bit rougher and deeper, so it might not be ideal for little ones. This place is also great for photos, with not just the beach view but also a bridge, a woodsy walking path, and large white rocks near the water's edge. I'm definitely coming back next time to sit at that tiki bar and enjoy a cold one—after my swim, of course, lol.

Mia famiglia ed io abbiamo fatto una gita di un giorno a Milwaukee dal Nord dell'Illinois, e diversi amici ci avevano raccomandato questa spiaggia. Siamo davvero contenti di aver deciso di visitarla. La zona è bellissima, la spiaggia è pulita e anche i bagni erano piuttosto decenti.

Parcheggio gratuito, rocciosa, l'acqua è un bagno di ghiaccio fino a ottobre, pesci morti ovunque, alghe, potresti essere coperto di moscerini o mosche pungenti a seconda del giorno, alcune parti odorano di letame. Guida fino a Chicago se vuoi una bella spiaggia con acqua calda.

Panchine sono incluse nella spiaggia, ci sono molti posti dove mangiare letteralmente proprio dall'altra parte della strada, l'acqua è pulita e anche la sabbia è mantenuta pulita! In qualsiasi giorno caldo d'estate, o in realtà in qualsiasi giorno caldo, la spiaggia è sempre affollata di persone che si divertono tantissimo. È sicuramente un posto che raccomanderei di visitare in estate! Non sono necessari acquisti per entrare, è completamente gratuito e aperto al pubblico!

Col passare del tempo, questa spiaggia è diventata sempre più popolare, risultando in folle più grandi. Passo spesso davanti a questa spiaggia per andare in biblioteca, ed è anche un ottimo luogo da visitare la vicina fabbrica di cioccolato. La spiaggia è un posto divertente per far giocare i bambini.
