The hotel is just 5 minutes from the airport and provides a free shuttle service. Mr. Huu is such a nice guy; he speaks simple English and explained everything clearly to us. The hotel offers motorcycle rentals, but we rented ours from Mr. Phu (+84909 296 989) for VND 150,000 per day. VinBus No. 19 is a free bus provided by the Vin group but doesn't stop at this hotel, the nearest stop is at Sunset Sunato station, which is 1.5 km from the hotel. The hotel provides a shuttle to town daily at 10 am and 2 pm, with returns to the hotel at 10:30 am, 2:30 pm, and 5 pm. Alternatively, you can download the Xanh SM app to call for a taxi, but you need a Vietnam SIM card to register.
We booked a pool access room, which is very spacious, and the pool is so long we had a great time here. You can always call a buggy car to pick you up from your villa to the restaurant; otherwise, it's an easy 5-minute walk to the restaurant/seaside.
The only complaint is the gym equipment, which is quite dated. One treadmill is broken, and I found lizard droppings on the treadmill; proper cleaning would be much appreciated. Last but not least, if you leave a review on Google, you can claim a buy-one-get-one-free drink at the restaurant.
Nice room with a beautiful long stretch of pool access in the back. Love swimming in the pool. The beach is calm and an easy few steps from the dining. It's a wonderful private beach with gentle ocean waves. It's great to be able to enjoy ocean-front meals within walking distance of the restaurant and bars. There's also a large community pool with a pool bar. We have live music every night while dining by the ocean. The resort provides free scheduled rides to town.
