Lifting off from the Hoffnungsthal Valley we cruise past the township of Lyndoch veering right, to fly along the western ridge of the Barossa Valley. Here you will see the vast plains that make up the mid-north area whilst viewing contouring vineyards, rolling hills and the palm tree studded roads that lead to Historic Seppeltsfield Winery.
