After passing the magnificent sandy beaches of the Tre Ponti, a gentle climb begins towards the famous Poggio della Milano-Sanremo. A short break in the pine forest of the Sanctuary of the Guard for a first suggestive shot of the Gulf of Sanremo and on the road towards Ceriana. A very well-kept village, set in the mountains with 22 churches and a culinary tradition of the highest level. Once in the pedestrian heart of the village, a tasty tasting of typical dishes awaits us. A nice tour of the town, seeing corners and peculiarities, lead us to the "beach" of the town and to the mill area where time seems to have stopped. A few more photos of the most characteristic corners and take the bridge over the stream that leads to the dirt road. The road continues among the smells of the olive trees in a continuous up and down with breaks, where blackberries, figs, strawberry trees and other spontaneous fruits will give flavor to the breaks along the way. Once you leave the route, the road is all downhill to Bussana and the cycle path.

On departing from Monterosso, while enjoying the welcome drink, we will sail across the whole coast of Cinque Terre, all the way to Riomaggiore and Punta Montenero which close the National park on the south-east. Along the coast you will take a break to give our guests the opportunity to swim in one of the wonderful coves of this area. Back on the boat, we will navigate to Punta Mesco across the most north-western point of Cinque Terre National Park. Here you will admire the fascinating landscape made of lights and colors and if you are lucky you will see some dolphins breaching the sea-surface. A plunge in this wonderful sea can’t be missed. Since 2019, we are the first to offer Vernazza an experience dedicated to preparing pesto in the mortar, combining cooking, territory, conviviality, and tasting. You will learn to prepare pesto by hand, using selected ingredients. The experience takes place in a typical Cinque Terre cellar, with stone and wood, reminiscent of the atmosphere of old Vernazza. 12:30 - PESTO CLASS We will start with wine, focaccia, cheeses, and extra virgin olive oils. You will prepare your pesto in the mortar while tasting a second wine. The pesto will then be used to dress the gnocchi which you will eat with a third wine. We will conclude with limoncello and chocolate. 3:00 PM or 5:30 PM – PESTO SNACK CLASS After a taste of wine, you will prepare the pesto in the mortar while tasting a second wine. We will accompany it with focaccia, cheeses, oils, and a third wine. Finally, a real little shoe with bread and focaccia directly in the mortar!
