On departing from Monterosso, we will navigate across Vernazza giving our guests the opportunity to take wonderful photos of this spectacular natural landscape. Sailing along the beach of Guvano, a popular naturist one since 1970s, you will see Corniglia and Manarola, villages famous for the vineyards and their wine. Last step of the coastal navigation will be Riomaggiore and Punta Montenero the most south-eastern point of Cinque Terre National Park. Here you can enjoy your time swimming and marveling at the views of the islands such Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto. While you are amusing yourself our staff will be pleased to prepare a savory lunch made of our typical local food for you. Lunch could be taken over here or at the bay of Monterosso or in the peculiar harbour of Vernazza due to weather conditions. Since 2019, we are the first to offer Vernazza an experience dedicated to preparing pesto in the mortar, combining cooking, territory, conviviality, and tasting. You will learn to prepare pesto by hand, using selected ingredients. The experience takes place in a typical Cinque Terre cellar, with stone and wood, reminiscent of the atmosphere of old Vernazza. 12:30 - PESTO CLASS We will start with wine, focaccia, cheeses, and extra virgin olive oils.
