We will leave Bari at 08:30 for a day to discover three jewels of the Itria Valley. Polignano a Mare is a coastal village famous for the sheer cliffs and crystal clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. The old town, with its narrow streets, arches and flowered balconies, overlooks beaches such as Lama Monachile. Here we will make a stop of 2h30 hours. Ostuni, the “White City”, stands on a hill with spectacular views and its old town is a labyrinth of alleys where whitewashed houses create a unique atmosphere. We invite you to take advantage of the 2h30 at your disposal to try typical local dishes. Finally, Locorotondo is renowned for its circular center, white houses decorated with flowers and the "cummerse", the typical sloping roofs. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of vineyards and olive groves, famous for local white wines. In Locorotondo we will stop for 1h30 hours. After a day full of discoveries, we will return to Bari/Polignano at 19:00.

Along country roads, among trulli, farmhouses and dry stone walls, I will show you the places I love and experience every day by pedaling together for 20 km (about 12 miles). We start from Alberobello, the capital of the trulli, towards Locorotondo, the most evocative village in the Valle d'Itria: where a tasty stop at a traditional local bakery awaits us. We will taste the typical Apulian focaccia freshly baked by Giovanni, accompanied by a glass of wine. Afterwards, before returning to Alberobello, we will stop at the pastry shop of Signora Maria to taste the almond sweets of our tradition. On the way back we will consume seasonal fruits, picking them directly from the trees (cherries, figs, fioroni, pears, blackberries, mulberries). Polignano a Mare offers a maze of alleys that open surprisingly onto balconies 30 meters above the sea level.
Spend an evening in a real Italian home with Enza and her family in the countryside in Corigliano d'Otranto near Lecce. We begin with a traditional Italian aperitif, sharing homemade appetizers and prosecco while everyone gets to know each other.
