We're a fully licensed (AALA) provider and members of the National Coasteering Charter, and our local guides have taken more than 50,000 people along this coastline since 2017. Sessions run at all levels: every jump is optional, so nervous first-timers and adrenaline-chasers get equally great sessions - our reviews back that up. We're also Tenby's top-rated activity provider on Tripadvisor, with over 600 five-star reviews. And we look after the coast we play on, recovering lost fishing gear and plastic from the sea as we go.

Telpyn to piękna, rozległa plaża idealna do długich, relaksujących spacerów.

Telpyn is a beautiful, expansive beach perfect for long relaxing walks. Approximately 30-40 minutes from one edge to the other. When the tide is out the beach is huge with plenty of space to separate yourself. There's plenty of free parking. We visited on a Friday @ 5pm mid March when the sun was just starting to set and were gifted with the beautiful view of the coast. There weren't many people there during our visit. Just the odd few couples and dogs. There's a caravan park nearby so I expect it does pick up in the summer months. The road we used to access the area was fine but single track in some places with poor visibility so do take care. One of our new favourite places just a stone thrown away from Carmarthen.

8 Bardzo dobry

This is a stony beach that progresses to sand near the water. It was a lovely beach with free parking. The two tone pebbles were great and we even found washed up two jelly fish. My only criticism is that it was hard to get down onto the beach as the stairs are steep and these generally lead to high walls, where we got in anyway. As I was with my elderly mother this was an issue, but we eventually got her down to the beach. We hoped to leave her behind but then found an easier place to get back up further along. Access and be difficult for the mobility impaired but not impossible (much to my despair).
