Playing at jump spots and natural slides, the rule is to stay in the water. We then come to our first challenge where you find out why you’ve been wearing a harness. Our guides will show you everything you need to know to allow you to slide down the Prysor waterfall. Once at the edge, we abseil you down the main face and release you a few feet from the water’s surface. Shortly followed by a short swim to watch the rest of your friends conquer the same feat. Onwards to the Cauldron, a water-filled basin carved out through thousands of years of natural erosion. The first part is a huge slide into a deep pool, followed three jumps. After conquering the small and medium there is an option to try the BIG ONE. This one will get you outside your comfort zone and get those adrenaline juices truly maxed out.

Tudor Cardiff: A Self-Guided Audio Tour

Darmowa anulacja

Long ago Tudor Cardiff faded into history, along with almost all of its buildings. Today, Cardiff is a bustling, modern city so it’s hard to believe that in the mid-1500s it was just a tiny port and market town on the River Taff. On this GPS-guided walking tour, you'll look beyond the modern buildings at the clues that tell the city’s story of fame and notoriety in the days of the powerful Tudor dynasty. As you make your way through the city centre, I’ll point out the only two remaining Tudor buildings and reveal the curious origin of some of Cardiff’s street names like Womanby, Golate and Wharton Streets. You’ll hear what life was like back in Tudor Cardiff, including how different the daily diets of the rich and poor were and how literacy meant there were different laws for the different social classes. And on your way to Bute Park, where the tour ends, you’ll pass by St John The Baptist City Parish Church’s striking tower, Gorsedd Stone Circle, and the spectacular Cardiff Castle.

Absolutely lovely beach super picturesque, flat level sands and a large beach. There is a bank of rocks before the beach so shoes are needed to get down to the beach.

Hadn't heard of this beach before, but saw it whilst driving from Tenby to St David's. First view as you drive down the hill is absolutely stunning... we decided we had to stop off on the way back for a visit. Bit of fun getting down the pebbles to the beach, but so worth it.
