The hike will be delivered by a fully qualified mountain leader who will know a great deal about both the waterfalls area and the Brecon Beacons National Park and of course the mountains of Wales in general. They will describe what you are seeing and tell you a few tall tales along the way... Our Amazing Waterfalls Walk is a 15km day with 400m of ascent and is over often rough, muddy and broken ground but doable by most although some feel pretty tired at the end of the day.

We start at the south end of the aqueduct and soon enough you are paddling across this famous feat of engineering which stands at an impressive 126ft above the Dee River. Although this style of canoeing is deemed a calm and peaceful session the look over the edge is a breathtaking sight, but with our staff on hand, there is nothing to worry about, especially with a safe footpath on the opposing side. After this it is then a breeze down the canal, learning and developing skills across the way with some games and challenges thrown in. Our endpoint is the Sun Trevor pub which is a great location for some good quality grub and a cold drink.
