I don't think I will ever stay in another place like this again in my life. From the moment we turned the corner on the boat and saw the stunningly clear blue sea and the waving mangroves, Fundu Lagoon completely amazed us. I was honestly so moved by the beauty of it all. Our stay was absolutely amazing. The General Manager, Hannes, was incredible and upgraded us to the Superior Suite for our Honeymoon. The Superior Suite was fantastic and we felt incredibly fortunate to have been upgraded. The staff were extremely professional and always went above and beyond to ensure we had the best service and everything we needed. Now, let's talk about the food and drinks - WOW! The food was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh, with a quality that was top-notch. A big thank you to the chef and the team for providing a variety of meals during our 9-night stay and for organizing a fantastic beach BBQ, as well as a private dinner for my husband and me. We also went on a couple of day trips, including snorkeling to Misali Island and Dolphin Watching. Both trips are highly recommended and were definite highlights of our stay. I can't recommend this place enough, it truly feels like being in Paradise, with its beautiful beaches, impeccable service, and fantastic facilities like the pool and bars. If you're trying to decide whether to visit Fundu Lagoon, I honestly would recommend it because you won't be disappointed!

Wyspa Pemba na Zanzibarze to naprawdę oszałamiające miejsce do odwiedzenia. Pozostaje nietknięta i zachowuje swoje naturalne piękno. Fundu Lodge zrobił znakomitą robotę tworząc luksusowe, ale skromne zakwaterowanie tuż przy lagunie, otoczone pięknymi drzewami i ogrodami, które są domem dla różnych ptaków, motyli, a nawet grzecznych małp. Byłem przytłoczony szczęściem po przybyciu i czułem autentyczny smutek, gdy nadszedł czas, by się stamtąd wycofać.

Pemba Lodge to jedyny obiekt noclegowy na tej dużej białej piaszczystej plaży (bardzo czystej i naturalnej, kąpiel możliwa tylko przy wysokim stanie wody). To idealne ciche miejsce na relaks. Pokoje w kabinach są duże i wygodne oraz mają własny balkon. Restauracja oferuje smaczne lokalne jedzenie. Cieszyliśmy się również z kajakarstwa i nurkowania - niektóre z oferowanych aktywności. Personel był bardzo przyjazny. Ponieważ bardzo podobał mi się ten czas, przedłużyłem mój pobyt o kolejne 5 dni :-)
