Os quartos são muito bons e a maioria deles tem vista para o oceano (cuidado ao andar no quarto, o piso é de madeira e encontrei alguns pregos saindo que poderiam machucar). A equipe é muito educada e prestativa. A comida tem um bom sabor, mas o preço é um pouco mais alto, então é melhor optar por um pacote de meia/pensão completa ao fazer a reserva. Além disso, para chegar ao hotel, você deve pegar o serviço de barco gratuito do Terminal Cenang deles (que fica ao lado do Tubotel, em Langkawi). Observe que os barcos estão em horários específicos e, na maioria das vezes, em intervalos de 90 minutos. Cada viagem ida e volta leva cerca de 10 minutos, passeios extras terão um custo em torno de MYR 300. O passeio de barco também é uma das melhores partes da estadia. Eles têm atividades internas como aluguel de bicicletas para explorar a ilha, jogos de tabuleiro, biblioteca, etc. Há uma área de alimentação de pássaros que eu amei.
