The beach located beneath Hotel Rivijera is a pleasant spot, albeit a popular one. To secure a sunbed, it's best to arrive early in the morning and pay the 10€ fee. The sunbeds themselves are comfortable, and there are vendors selling cooked corn and donuts for 2€ each. Additionally, showers are in working order and beachgoers can order drinks on the sand.
However, there are some downsides to this beach. The sand can be sharp and uncomfortable for some, and the water is sometimes polluted by trash. During my seven-day stay, I witnessed this occurring for five days between 12-13h and 16-17h. The trash, which included plastic bags, wet wipes, and even sanitary towels with wings, was not cleaned up by the beach staff. Instead, three of them were occupied with renting out sunbeds and pedalines, while two waitresses seemed unconcerned. One of them even suggested that people refrain from entering the water until the trash disappeared. As a parent with small children, I took it upon myself to clear a few meters of water so my kids could play safely. It's worth noting that there was a small cleaner boat at beach Lucica, but nothing of the sort here.
