However, the water is foggy with limited visibility. Shengjin is a newly built area with a promenade and a fun fair, but there isn't much else to do. Mosquitoes are abundant, and the sewer stench can be overwhelming during evening and night hours. Perhaps the infrastructure can't keep up with the numerous apartment buildings under construction.
