Grama Bay is an absolute gem that will take your breath away. The pristine, crystal clear waters are a sight to behold, with a cool and deep blue hue that is simply mesmerizing. The white stones that line the shore only add to the beauty of this bay, making it an absolute must-visit destination if you happen to be in Dhermi or Vlora.
One thing that really stood out to me during my visit was just how refreshingly cold the water was. It was unlike anything I had ever experienced before in Albania, and it made for a truly invigorating swim.
To top it all off, there is now a small restaurant on site where you can indulge in some delicious fresh drinks, fish, or lamb meat. It's the perfect way to cap off a day of soaking up the sun and taking in the stunning surroundings.

The service as well as the food was excellent. The dishes were prepared with a lot of love to detail.
The restaurant is directly located at a beach so you can enjoy a beautiful view. Definitely would recommend!

Dhermi Beach was one of my favourites along the coastline, the beach clubs are beautiful, there are plenty to choose from with a modern and clean vibe. We only stayed for lunch but I think an evening here could be a bit of fun!

Beer on the bar is 500 Lek/5€ and the sun beds are 1,000 Lek for one umbrella 🏖️
Although you can maybe find cheaper ones for 800.
Overall, it is worth a visit!

The pine forest that lies behind the beach provides a perfect spot for a quick nap or a peaceful stroll. However, the beach could use a little more attention from the people and business owners to keep it clean and preserve its natural beauty.

The beach was absolutely fantastic and impeccably clean. Surprisingly, the sunbeds were only priced at 1000lek, even though we secured the ones closest to the sea. The restaurant was a culinary delight, offering a peaceful and therapeutic view alongside delicious food. The bar added to the cool vibe of the place.
Besides the private area, there was also a public beach nearby. The journey to get there involved navigating a somewhat tricky downhill street, but it was unquestionably worth it for the experience.

This beach is the perfect place to stay in Sarande. It's conveniently located near the boulevard and many restaurants, and just a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. The rooms are clean and well-furnished, with working AC and great noise cancellation, even though our room faced the boulevard. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is very kind, offering advice on places to visit. The hotel is right next to a public beach that was clean and not too crowded during our June stay. They even provided us with an umbrella for the beach. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be returning.

The beach hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It is a small, peaceful establishment run by a family from Saranda. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities. The bathrooms are also spacious, with large shower cabins. The beds are large and cozy. The hotel has a beautiful terrace with lush greenery and a view of the promenade and the sea. We visited in early June and enjoyed a calm and relaxed atmosphere. It may get busier and noisier in July and August due to the hotel's location above the promenade, but that is to be expected during peak season. The breakfast was delicious, high-quality, and diverse, served on the terrace overlooking the sea. The hosts were accommodating and even offered to provide alternative food options if desired. The hosts and staff were incredibly kind and friendly, providing exceptional hospitality. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. We highly recommend this charming hotel and its wonderful staff. We look forward to returning in the future.

In August of 2021, my travels brought me to Albania where I made the foolish decision to visit this particular beach. While the scenery may have been pleasant, the journey to get there was nothing short of a nightmare. The roads leading to the beach were treacherous and nearly impossible to navigate, much like most roads in Albania.
Despite renting a car, the journey was long and grueling. We had to endure a treacherous mountain serpentine for a solid two hours before finally turning onto a single-lane trail which we had to follow for another 50 minutes before reaching the parking lot. And to add insult to injury, the parking was not even free.
Upon arriving at the beach, we were met with a sea of people and a complete lack of available umbrellas. We had to walk for a grueling 40 minutes under the scorching sun just to get there, only to find that every single umbrella was already taken.

Grama Bay is an absolute gem that will take your breath away. The pristine, crystal clear waters are a sight to behold, with a cool and deep blue hue that is simply mesmerizing. The white stones that line the shore only add to the beauty of this bay, making it an absolute must-visit destination if you happen to be in Dhermi or Vlora.
One thing that really stood out to me during my visit was just how refreshingly cold the water was. It was unlike anything I had ever experienced before in Albania, and it made for a truly invigorating swim.
To top it all off, there is now a small restaurant on site where you can indulge in some delicious fresh drinks, fish, or lamb meat. It's the perfect way to cap off a day of soaking up the sun and taking in the stunning surroundings.

With a huge development under construction, this stunning beach will be one of the top beach destinations in Albania, I'm glad we had the chance to see it before it's fully completed. The day of our visit we had the beach for ourselves, extremely beautiful destination.

Dhermi Beach was one of my favourites along the coastline, the beach clubs are beautiful, there are plenty to choose from with a modern and clean vibe. We only stayed for lunch but I think an evening here could be a bit of fun!

Jala beach is relatively small, but beautiful.
The water is clear, the current is not too strong.
A friendly place with great view.
We have not tried the restaurants there but I'm sure they are normal.
The prices though are quite higher!
Beer on the bar is 500 Lek/5€ and the sun beds are 1,000 Lek for one umbrella 🏖️
Although you can maybe find cheaper ones for 800.
Overall, it is worth a visit!

The service as well as the food was excellent. The dishes were prepared with a lot of love to detail.
The restaurant is directly located at a beach so you can enjoy a beautiful view. Definitely would recommend!

The beach was absolutely fantastic and impeccably clean. Surprisingly, the sunbeds were only priced at 1000lek, even though we secured the ones closest to the sea. The restaurant was a culinary delight, offering a peaceful and therapeutic view alongside delicious food. The bar added to the cool vibe of the place.
Besides the private area, there was also a public beach nearby. The journey to get there involved navigating a somewhat tricky downhill street, but it was unquestionably worth it for the experience.

This beach is an excellent spot for kitesurfing, especially during the winter when the South wind is strong, reaching up to 40 knots.
