What an amazing place! The beach is stunning . Lots of shade structures for all guests. If you are a beach walker this is your place.
Very easy check in process. Our room was clean and well appointed. AC worked well.
We found both food and drinks very good. We are a family of 3 and always found great options. The staff were always willing to help in anyway they could.
Overall this is a fantastic property and we will definitely visit many times.
多么一个惊人的地方！海滩令人惊叹。为所有客人提供了很多遮阳结构。如果你喜欢在海滩上散步，这里就是你的地方。

Don’t go there !
Hôtel is empty for a reason. We arrived with a Taxi Collectivo. 4hours before with my pregnant wife, we could not enter the hotel and had to wait at the entrance of the location. Or pay 70 dollars. We asked manager who confirmed. We took another other booking at Melia Dunes, they welcomed us immediately and gave us access to food and drinks…

Great hotel with great facilities and the staff are wonderful. Was here 3 weeks ago and can already see so many changes are taking place at the hotel ! So excited to see further growth at the property ! Will be back soon just for the staff !

I don’t even know where to start since day one at this place I experienced a total nightmare they had to changed my room three times (dirty, balcony door broken, AC unit not working). When we finally got into the room sheets, towels, and blankets were horrible washed stains all over and horrendous smell. The food was awful, the little they offered it was horrendously cooked and the service terrible my sister with 8 months of pregnancy asked for a soda at the pool bar and the guy told her he had already closed and didn’t give her anything. The pool the second day was closed completely disgusting full of green mold even dirty pampers thrown there next to the water. At the buffet no utensils to eat we had to wait for people to finish eating so they wash them and bring them. My sister found the lock from her room completely broken on the floor it appears someone tried to break in. The 24 hours snack bar had a menu the whole day offering several snacks and they only had bread with mortadella until early afternoon. The towel station where we were supposed to exchange our beach towels where never open with a sign that it would be open from 10-4 every time I’d go somebody told me the guy was on lunch break I guess his lunch break never ended for three days.
It is sad to say that you plan a vacation to take your family to a place they can have a good time and you pay for a service and you encounter all this that place should be closed and seriously inspected it’s a joke that it says is a five stars hotels whoever rated that hotel it’s even a bigger joke .
我甚至不知道从何开始，自从第一天在这个地方，我经历了一场彻底的噩梦，他们不得不为我换了三次房间（脏，阳台门坏了，空调不工作）。当我们终于进入房间时，床单、毛巾和毯子都很糟糕，洗得很差，满是污渍，味道可怕。食物很糟糕，几乎没什么可吃的，厨艺糟糕，服务也差，我妹妹怀孕八个月，在泳池酒吧要了一瓶汽水，那人告诉她已经关门了，什么也没给她。第二天泳池完全关闭，令人恶心，满是绿色霉菌，甚至还有脏尿布扔在水边。在自助餐那儿没有餐具可用，我们不得不等别人吃完后，才洗餐具再给我们。我妹妹发现她的房间钥匙锁完全坏在地上，似乎有人试图闯入。24小时的小吃吧整天有菜单，提供了几种小吃，但到下午早些时候他们只提供了面包和火腿肠。我们应该换海滩毛巾的毛巾站从来没有开过，总是挂着10点到4点开放的标志，每次我去时都会有人告诉我那个工作人员在午休，我想他的午休持续了三天也没结束。很遗憾的是，你计划一个假期，带家人去一个可以玩得开心的地方，你支付了服务却遇到这么多问题，那个地方应该关闭并进行严肃检查，真是笑话，居然说是五星级酒店，评这个酒店的真是更大的笑话。

The worst place I’ve been in Cuba. It is not a 5 stars resort. Completely dirty both room and everything there (bar, buffet, sun-bed…). When we arrived I saw the sheets were dirty and I asked to the waitress to change them. She arrived with 3 pairs of poor quality sheets and put them on the baggage forniture that isn’t the maximum of hygiene, but the worst thing was that none of them was clean, all stained. The were a lot of insects and ants, a night we had a big cockroach in the room and the telephone didn’t work for calling someone at the reception for helping us. I was terrified. The food was disgusting, poor and terrible. At the breakfast there wasn’t nothing of sweet, for lunch always the same things and often it wasn’t sufficient for all. One night there was a grilled fish but when I arrived to ask my ration they told me it was finished. Poor service, they give us only two towel for 2 day, they “cleaned” the room and didn’t change them. Only one bottle of water for 2. Music is very high all day till midnight and it is not in accord to the peaceful of the beach that is the only positive thing definitely
这是我在古巴去过的最差的地方。这根本不是一个五星级度假村。房间及其他地方（酒吧，自助餐，日光浴床）完全肮脏。当我们到达时，我看到床单是脏的，于是请服务员换掉。她拿来了三套低质量的床单，放在行李架上，这并不是最卫生的做法，但最糟糕的是没有一套是干净的，都是污渍。房间里有很多昆虫和蚂蚁，有一晚我们房间里出现了一只大蟑螂，电话也无法拨打前台寻求帮助。我感到非常害怕。食物令人作呕，质量差且可怕。早餐没有任何甜食，午餐总是一样的东西，且通常不够大家分享。有一天晚上有烤鱼，但当我去询问我的份额时，他们告诉我已经没了。服务差，他们两天只给了我们两个毛巾，“清理”房间时没有更换。只有一瓶水给两个人。每天的音乐声都很大一直到午夜，完全不符合海滩的宁静，而那是唯一正面的地方。
