Stopped by for a quick bite to eat, was pleasantly surprised! This is a newly opened resort, very clean, great service (you receive your food in under 30 min which is fast for the Bahamas 🤣) great margaritas and food. Would definitely come back.

Place very clean. Beautiful views of the ocean. Within walking distance of crystal clear water. On the sad part. Lack of communication. Very hard to reach administration. If you come on a Sunday… pray for an Angel to answer the phone.
I left without paying and extra night… hopefully someone can finally call me to pay for the room.

Nice cottages, with a few draw backs 1 Only AC in the bedroom. Kitchen living area and bathrooms not air conditioning. It was quite hot and we live in FL so. 2 Only the TV in the bedroom kinda of worked after a lot of fuss and trial an error. Remote batteries were not working. Bought new ones at a Bakery down the street. But of course not on vacation to watch TV but then again not too much other to do at night. So frustrated one tv finally got to work but get limited channels, we managed.
Bed was extremely comfortable so that was a plus.
But once your check in your on your own. Yes there is a book with places to shop, eat etc but again I go back to the tv frustration.
Maybe some cottages have full ac ours was a one bedroom other side from beach, in a 2nd story. The parking was also a puzzle. its designed to be a drive through one way but many times we were blocked in causing the need to four point turn to go down the wrong way to get out. The cottage had a walk over to the beach acces had we wanted to bring a cooler or anything that would have been a difficult task, far and different terrains from stepping stones, to sand to cuts into the bedrock coral. More or less down hill getting to the beach area and up hill getting back to cottage.
However the beach area once you can get to it is nice. Beach pavillon with lots of chairs. some unusable but still quite a few chairs. Also some kayaks. paddle boards etc , swim at your own risk.
Not sure if would go back. I mention though the cottages are nice and clean , nicely stocked with towels, pans, glass ware plates etc.
If we went back ac would be asked about ahead of time and shorter range (closer)beach access with less hassle parking.
漂亮的小屋，有一些缺点。1只有卧室有空调。厨房、起居区和浴室没有空调。相当热，我们住在佛罗里达，所以。2卧室的电视在很多折腾和反复试验后才勉强能用。遥控器的电池坏了。在街上的一家面包店买了新的电池。但当然，度假不是为了看电视，但再说一遍，晚上没什么其他事情可做。非常沮丧终于有一台电视能用了，但频道有限，我们勉强应付。
床非常舒适，这一点是加分项。
但一旦你入住，你就是靠自己。是的，有一本书介绍购物、用餐等地方，但我又回到电视的沮丧上。
也许有些小屋有全空调，我们的是一间卧室，位于离海滩另一侧的二楼。停车也是一个难题。它设计为单行道，但很多时候我们被堵住了，需要倒车才能走出错误的方向。小屋有一条通往海滩的步行道，如果我们想带一个冷却箱或任何东西，那将是个困难的任务，从垫脚石，到沙子，到切割入基岩的珊瑚，都是不同的地形。到海滩区域大致是下坡，回小屋则是上坡。
然而，一旦你能到达海滩区域还是不错的。海滩亭有很多椅子。有些无法使用，但仍然有很多椅子。还有一些皮划艇、立式划水板等，自担风险。
不确定是否会再回去。不过我要提的是小屋非常干净，配有毛巾、锅、玻璃器皿、盘子等。
如果我们再回去，肯定会提前询问空调，并希望能有更近的海滩通道，停车时少一点麻烦。

We adored our time at Harbor Breeze. High end finishes, great bedding, super duper clean, tons of amenities including big TV's and speedy wifi. Don't miss the private beach.

Sorry I initially posted my review on the wrong place and my phone was acting up so I had to screen shot and post my comments as a photo. This property, Harbor Breeze Villas, was beautiful and amazing. A great place for a get away from the everyday hustle and bustle of life. You can watch beautiful surise and sunsets in your own private oasis!
