It was an incredible experience, especially being from the Caribbean. It offered something unique compared to other countries. I had the chance to swim with pigs 🐖😁. We started off with a comfortable and scenic boat ride to the location, and upon arrival, we were greeted by a stunning destination. There were unlimited drinks, strategically placed hammocks for relaxation, and even the chance to feed the chickens and peacocks (which was truly an amazing experience for me as a Caribbean girl). All of this happened before we even set foot on the white sandy beach and crystal clear water. #RoseIsland is truly a hidden gem. We got the opportunity to feed the pigs, swim with them, and capture some amazing pictures. They came in various shapes, colors, and sizes...definitely a memory that will be cherished forever!

I come here every morning for a swim when I am in Exuma it is one of the BEST places to visit and not far from town. November/2022 update: I've just been back for the first time since the Covid problems, and this is still one of the BEST beaches I have ever been to. I did have a woman in the UK tell me Boscombe Beach in Dorset is better, but I don't see how ?? If you do, please let me know.

This so-called "paradise" is nothing more than a glorified sandpit. We parked our boat after a long day of fishing and settled for some mediocre fried lobster and conch at the shabby shacks uphill. If you happen to find yourself in Bimini by boat, don't waste your time with this overrated beach.

This beach is a perfect 10 in terms of beauty, with calm waters that are perfect for floating without any disturbance from strong waves. I was enamored by the fine, powdery sand that blanketed the beach, and the stunning vistas that surrounded me. The abundance of marine life was truly a sight to behold, and even those with little experience could enjoy the thrill of snorkeling. However, my joy was dampened by the overwhelming amount of litter scattered across the shoreline. My heart sank further when I spotted a forlorn, pregnant stray dog wandering aimlessly along the beach. It was a heartbreaking sight to behold.

This beach is an absolute gem, teeming with a plethora of aquatic creatures like colorful fish, playful starfish, and even a majestic sea turtle. I highly recommend a visit to this stunning destination. However, I must admit that the sight of trash in the parking area and on the road leading to the beach was disheartening. Nonetheless, the beauty of the beach itself more than made up for this small inconvenience.

This beach is truly stunning, with crystal-clear waters and soft, white sand. While it's true that Disney may eventually restrict access to the beach, the Atlantic side still offers a wonderful experience. However, if you're willing to take the 3-mile hike to the Caribbean side, you'll be rewarded with a breathtakingly serene beach. It's unfortunate that Disney closed the road that used to lead to the beach, but their decision has only added to the allure of this hidden gem. The signs prohibiting pictures, videos, and live streaming may seem restrictive, but they only add to the sense of exclusivity and privacy. It's amazing to think that a company from another country would try to control what happens on a public beach, but let's focus on the beauty of this place and enjoy it while we still can.

Twin Coves, oh how it beckons with its siren song! While it may take a bit of driving to reach this haven, the journey is well worth it. Divided by an isthmus, this beach boasts not one, but two coves to explore. When the tide rolls in, the neck of the isthmus is overtaken and the tide pools become a refreshing oasis. Beware of the rocks though, they are sharp enough to slice through even the toughest of soles. So, lace up your protective shoes and embark on a journey to Twin Coves - the ultimate destination for beach lovers.

I visited Mika’s for a personal retreat and felt completely safe as a woman traveling alone. The atmosphere was perfect! I stayed in Casita 4, which was immaculate. The shared kitchen and dining space were also clean and beautiful. The view was breathtaking, and I got a lot of thinking done. Although I had no face-to-face contact with the staff, they responded promptly to my inquiries via WhatsApp. There was a power outage for about 40 hours due to rainy weather, and I was informed they were waiting for a repairman from the mainland. This meant no microwave or hot water during that time. Remember to buy ice on your way there, as there is none on the property. Other than that, you essentially have a private beach, a clean room, and the most beautiful view on the planet!

Upon arriving at Pig beach by dinghy, we were immediately struck by the lack of organization and structure. The pigs were not domesticated creatures trained to perform, but rather autonomous beings with their own unique personalities. There were no caretakers or trainers present to manage them, leaving the pigs to freely roam the beach and swim in the ocean as they pleased. We brought along some carrots and bread, which the pigs could easily detect with their keen sense of smell. As we explored the beach, we quickly learned to keep moving around to avoid getting nipped on the thigh by the curious pigs seeking our attention. Overall, the experience was truly one-of-a-kind and highly recommended for those seeking a unique and authentic encounter with these fascinating creatures.

I visited Mika’s for a personal retreat and felt completely safe as a woman traveling alone. The atmosphere was perfect! I stayed in Casita 4, which was immaculate. The shared kitchen and dining space were also clean and beautiful. The view was breathtaking, and I got a lot of thinking done. Although I had no face-to-face contact with the staff, they responded promptly to my inquiries via WhatsApp. There was a power outage for about 40 hours due to rainy weather, and I was informed they were waiting for a repairman from the mainland. This meant no microwave or hot water during that time. Remember to buy ice on your way there, as there is none on the property. Other than that, you essentially have a private beach, a clean room, and the most beautiful view on the planet!

It was an incredible experience, especially being from the Caribbean. It offered something unique compared to other countries. I had the chance to swim with pigs 🐖😁. We started off with a comfortable and scenic boat ride to the location, and upon arrival, we were greeted by a stunning destination. There were unlimited drinks, strategically placed hammocks for relaxation, and even the chance to feed the chickens and peacocks (which was truly an amazing experience for me as a Caribbean girl). All of this happened before we even set foot on the white sandy beach and crystal clear water. #RoseIsland is truly a hidden gem. We got the opportunity to feed the pigs, swim with them, and capture some amazing pictures. They came in various shapes, colors, and sizes...definitely a memory that will be cherished forever!

I was enamored by the fine, powdery sand that blanketed the beach, and the stunning vistas that surrounded me. The abundance of marine life was truly a sight to behold, and even those with little experience could enjoy the thrill of snorkeling. However, my joy was dampened by the overwhelming amount of litter scattered across the shoreline. My heart sank further when I spotted a forlorn, pregnant stray dog wandering aimlessly along the beach. It was a heartbreaking sight to behold.

This beach is an absolute gem, teeming with a plethora of aquatic creatures like colorful fish, playful starfish, and even a majestic sea turtle. I highly recommend a visit to this stunning destination. However, I must admit that the sight of trash in the parking area and on the road leading to the beach was disheartening. Nonetheless, the beauty of the beach itself more than made up for this small inconvenience.

This beach is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is so relaxed and carefree, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy your time in the sun. There are plenty of delicious food and drink options available, as well as the option to rent beach chairs for added comfort. We spent most of our time sipping refreshing beverages at Seagulls and Owen's spot, where Owen's Sky juice drinks were hands down the best we've ever had. Overall, this beach is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a fantastic day by the water.

This resort is beautiful. We arrived soon to the resort closing (4 days left). It was to our advantage. Unfortunately, not all of the restaurants were open every night. That was the only drawback. The ocean views, white sand, and having the pool to ourselves was nice. I think there were more workers there than guests. It was a trip of a lifetime. Exuma is beautiful. We booked the swim with pigs tour thru the tour agency. It was well worth the money. We would love to come back as soon as they reopen. I wished there were more lunch options, and a nice steak restaurant. It was beautiful. All of the resort workers were so nice as well.

I come here every morning for a swim when I am in Exuma it is one of the BEST places to visit and not far from town. November/2022 update: I've just been back for the first time since the Covid problems, and this is still one of the BEST beaches I have ever been to. I did have a woman in the UK tell me Boscombe Beach in Dorset is better, but I don't see how ?? If you do, please let me know.

巴哈马最佳海滩

It was an incredible experience, especially being from the Caribbean. It offered something unique compared to other countries. I had the chance to swim with pigs 🐖😁. We started off with a comfortable and scenic boat ride to the location, and upon arrival, we were greeted by a stunning destination. There were unlimited drinks, strategically placed hammocks for relaxation, and even the chance to feed the chickens and peacocks (which was truly an amazing experience for me as a Caribbean girl). All of this happened before we even set foot on the white sandy beach and crystal clear water. #RoseIsland is truly a hidden gem. We got the opportunity to feed the pigs, swim with them, and capture some amazing pictures. They came in various shapes, colors, and sizes...definitely a memory that will be cherished forever!
