The pricing of the hotel was incredibly excessive, far surpassing the value provided. While it is understandable that luxury comes at a cost, the exorbitant rates at this hotel remained unjustifiable. Guests should be able to expect seamless and exceptional experience when paying such high prices, but regrettably, that was not the case.
Moreover, the person who was in charge of the reception was not interested in providing a warm and inviting experience for guests . 👎👎👎

Pricey food for what you get. We waited over an hour to get our meals and we were the only ones there. Not even a peanut or any attention given during the wait. Unique architecture but they made it clear we were to sit at our table and wait instead of strolling. They do not let you use the pool even when no guests are there. Highly disappointed & will not go back.

Worst experience of my life.
Worst treatment I had. Ever. In a hotel. This what we Dutch talk about when we hate the French. We were treated like dirt. Like, how could we possibly think this place was for us? They are the elite, we’re just a bunch of lowlifes.
Design: fantastic. Everything else for that price: terrible!! Water pressure was awful. Barely any hot water. Food was alright. And, as I said, but can’t say it enough: HORRIBLE SERVICE
ADVICE: SKIP THIS ONE

Every room is an adventure. Great architecture design and best food in town. Great Day trips to St Augustine by pirogue to see flamingos and swim in fresh water spring.

Nice hotel but rest is terrible for the price you pay no human touch is all about design. The staff is cold and does not look happy absolutely not normal fir madagascar
