The Safari is accompanied by a professional guide, with a vast knowledge of the fauna and flora of the Maputo National Park including the great knowledge of birds. The trip starts from Maputo after the guide picks you up from your point of choice you will drive for 1 - 1.30 minutes to get to Maputo National Park. You will spend 5/6 hours driving in the park looking and observing the wildlife this park offers. Among the wildlife you will see are Elephants, giraffes, hippos, zebras, waterbucks, warthogs, crocodiles, monkeys, and lots of birdlife. During the safari, you will stop for a short break at 1 of the lakes where you can stretch your legs and have some snacks.

We only passed through on our way to Tofo. They are still operating and staff is just the kindest. Campsites looked well taken care of and had a large shelter for shade. Indeed no seaview from the campsite, but later someone told us that there's a silly law that prohibits campsites at seafront in Inhambane district. Don't know if it's true or not. There's good internet connection with Vodacom.

It's an amazing place, after the meal we went to the beach and bought fresh fish from fisherman. The water was so warm that I still can feel it on my legs
