We spent three weeks at Tornado with a small child. The impressions were top notch. On the day of arrival, they helped us carry our heavy suitcase to the building. The staff was friendly everywhere. Any issue was resolved in a second and my baby and I felt very comfortable. Cleaning every day, for this we are very grateful to our busy bee Elena. It is always clean, the trash was removed. The linen was changed every week. Towels on request. At the reception (in the administration) they will always prompt you, create conditions for your comfort. The view is gorgeous on the sea. Breakfast, buffet, the first two weeks were in the cafe "Piroga", then in the cafe "Dynasty" right on the first floor of our building 5. Everything is very tasty and varied. The staff is wonderful, friendly. In three weeks everyone became like family. Thank you very much to everyone for our unforgettable vacation.

Her children had rotavirus and she didn't care. We asked them not to let them in (it was clear that they were running to the toilet and holding their stomachs), but they were still let in and as a result half of the recreation center had rotavirus (thank God, not us)

- ROTAVIRUS!!! Everyone is sick, children are vomiting right on the playground. Cleaning in the rooms is terrible. The utensils in the canteen are dirty, after the first visit we were afraid to eat there. I don’t know if the dirty sea or the food in the canteen is to blame, but intestinal infections are rampant, so we will never set foot in Tornado again, and the place is good, but we don’t want to get sick. + Beautiful well-kept territory, there is a bungalow on the beach for a fee, a good children's club with an excellent teacher, the cafe near the canteen has delicious coffee and breakfasts. Nearby there is an amusement park, embankment, cafes and shops.
- 轮状病毒！！！大家都生病了，孩子们在游乐场上呕吐。房间的清洁很糟糕。食堂的餐具很脏，第一次去后我们都不敢在那里吃。我不知道是脏海水还是食堂的食物造成的，但肠道感染猖獗，所以我们再也不想踏入龙卷风酒店，虽然地方很好，但我们不想生病。+ 美丽而整洁的环境，海滩上有收费的小木屋，一个有优秀老师的儿童俱乐部，食堂附近的咖啡馆有美味的咖啡和早餐。附近有游乐园、海滨、咖啡馆和商店。

My wife and I have been coming since 2013. Every year, we really like it, everything is within walking distance! It has its own beach, the water is always clean, the beach is cleaned every morning. We always order 3 meals a day, buffet, everything is delicious and always clean! There is also a massage therapist’s tent in the area near the pool. Her name is Tatyana, she is a very good master of her craft, and she is a good person herself!!! She always has a lot of people to sign up for a certain time. I always make an appointment in advance and after her sessions I go home 10 years younger!!! The charge of vigor and health is enough for a whole year!!! She is truly a professional in her field! Thank you very much to all the staff of the Tornado yacht club!!! The impressions are always only positive!!!
