We head towards Ilha dos Frades where calm, crystal clear waters invite us to take a swim, there are natives as well as a snack and a cold drink, we stay for around 2 hours. Next we go to Itaparica Island. Where we will have lunch at a restaurant on the beach, a buffet with good homemade food. Then just relax on the sand or warm waters of the Itaparica sea.
