Take a close look to Mumbles Lighthouse, which has been operating for 230 years. Upon reaching Langland Bay, you can choose to embark on a magnificent cliff-top walk (1 1/4 miles - 2km) leading to Caswell Bay. Alternatively, if you prefer to relax, take some time for yourself to enjoy the beach or savour an ice cream by the seafront. The highlight of your tour will be a visit to Rhossili Bay. Explore the surroundings with a stunning cliff-top walk, encounter Welsh wild horses. Participants engage at their own risk. Participation levels in any event are solely personal decisions. The final stop will be in Caerphilly town to marvel at Caerphilly Castle—a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the largest castle in Wales. We start at the south end of the aqueduct and soon enough you are paddling across this famous feat of engineering which stands at an impressive 126ft above the Dee River. Although this style of canoeing is deemed a calm and peaceful session the look over the edge is a breathtaking sight, but with our staff on hand, there is nothing to worry about, especially with a safe footpath on the opposing side. After this it is then a breeze down the canal, learning and developing skills across the way with some games and challenges thrown in. Our endpoint is the Sun Trevor pub which is a great location for some good quality grub and a cold drink.

Axe & Knife Throwing are very unique skills and the satisfaction when you hear the thud and see it in the board is amazing and very therapeutic! :-) The session can be run inside or outside so the weather doesn't affect your enjoyment.

All sessions start with traditional target archery, during this you'll have a go at a number of different challenges. If the weather is good we will then have a go at Aerial Archery, it's like clay pigeon shooting with a bow and arrow. We are the only venue in Wales currently offering Aerial Archery. The target archery can be run inside or outside so the weather doesn't affect the enjoyment of your session.

They will then take you on a voyage of discovery across South Wales. They could take you along the South Wales Coast and show you the dramatic coastline. You could head to the picturesque Gower, or into the power and dramatic Brecon Beacons.
