Our tour starts leaving the city La Paz heading south, then we head to the "Valley of the Animas" we will walk for about 1 hour with phenomenal natural geological formations, then the transport will take us to the banks of the "Canyon of Palca" so we will make a second hike this time the trajectory will appreciate orchards, farms with local people of the site that we will descend on the banks of the small river for 1h 30m otherwise we will see different landscapes and colors.

The beach, along with the entire Santa Teresa park, is absolutely stunning. There are no better beaches around. However, the lifeguards are a complete disaster. They were fishing with nets while their children played with the large fish, causing them to struggle for breath. It was truly disgusting. Moreover, they were putting things in their eyes without any concern. It's really hard to comprehend such irresponsible parenting. I have already uploaded the photos, but no one seems to be taking any action or saying anything about it. The responsibility lies with the mayor of Rocha, not the army, who claimed they couldn't intervene. It's such a shame to see how beautifully maintained Santa Teresa is, only to have these individuals and their families ruin it. During the season, we pay for the privilege of being there, while they fish and show no respect for the future of their own dinner. It's truly revolting.

I absolutely love it! I visit this beach at least three times every year. Achiras offers a stunning view of a nearly empty beach, which is mostly enjoyed by the residents of Achiras. It's a perfect spot for capturing breathtaking sunrise and sunset photos.
