It was our second time at Balcı Plaza and we love being there.
Before we went to Balcı Plaza, we spent a few days in the more urban area around Girne. In comparison we really enjoyed the tranquility of Karpaz peninsula.
In general the landscape of the area is just beautiful, rolling hills, olive orchards, herds of goats, wild donkeys and kind people.
And that is exactly the point when it comes to Balcı Plaza. The Host, Hasan, and his staff are just great people, that make you welcome in any situation, offer advice about the area and serve some of the most delicious food we ever ate.

Beautiful and clean beach!
Bit wavy compared to other beaches but it was more than wonderful !
You can easily rent a bed and umbrella at the spot.
It quite literally at the end of the island, long drive but definitely worth it, you can feed the cute donkeys 🫏 which are 10 min drive away from the beach 🤍

It was our second time at Balcı Plaza and we love being there.
Before we went to Balcı Plaza, we spent a few days in the more urban area around Girne. In comparison we really enjoyed the tranquility of Karpaz peninsula.
In general the landscape of the area is just beautiful, rolling hills, olive orchards, herds of goats, wild donkeys and kind people.
And that is exactly the point when it comes to Balcı Plaza. The Host, Hasan, and his staff are just great people, that make you welcome in any situation, offer advice about the area and serve some of the most delicious food we ever ate.

The staff is very friendly, and the rooms and kitchen are simple but well-equipped. Even after we checked out, we were allowed to use the beach the next morning, and we had it all to ourselves. The water is clear and full of fish.
