Whether you relax near the main viewpoint or do the optional walk, this experience offers a memorable way to enjoy Pico do Arieiro at sunset. If summit weather or visibility is too poor, an alternative viewpoint in the Palheiro area or another suitable location may be used. Clear views cannot be guaranteed. Warm clothing is recommended, as mountain temperatures can drop quickly after sunset.

Near the Pico Ruivo shelter is the track PR 1.2, which leads to the Achada do Teixeira. Already at Achada do Teixeira you can see the basaltic rock formation known as “Man in Foot”, located in the descent after passing through the shelter of Achada do Teixeira.

The objective is to offer a playful adventure, through tours through the most emblematic points of our island, also including off roading that only an all-terrain vehicle can provide.
