L'Arenal beach, situated in the stunning arms of Montgó, is a bustling and vibrant spot. No wonder the Parador chain of luxury hotels has chosen this as its home! It's a wonderful 2km stroll from the equally beautiful Jávea port, passing through picturesque and sometimes wild scenery, with the occasional chiringuito, before eventually arriving at the beach. The streets running parallel to the beach have ample parking and are lined with shops. The esplanade is packed with lively bars and restaurants, giving it a great touristy atmosphere. The Aquacentre is a great spot to visit too! We had a delicious meal at the Palamito Beach Bar, making it a truly unforgettable experience.

Note that it's a pebble beach, but you can still find comfortable spots to sunbathe on occasional sandy patches. Bring water, snacks, and everything you need, as you won't want to leave.
