This beach is top-notch for those who enjoy getting their sweat on while taking in some sun. However, it seems like some folks missed the memo about respecting the workout space - driving your car through the park is a definite no-no. And don't get me started on those reckless jet skiers who seem to have a complete disregard for the safety of pedestrians. It's time for the authorities to step up and take control of the situation. Oh, and while they're at it, maybe they could spruce up the parking lot on the west end - a little clearer signage wouldn't hurt.

The shoreline stretches endlessly, providing ample space for a leisurely stroll, despite occasional seaweed deposits brought in by the tides. The beach runs parallel to the BahaMar, so it's a popular spot among vacationers seeking fun in the sun. Jet ski rentals and boat trips are readily available for those who crave adventure.
The park is equally impressive, with a well-maintained running/walking path that encircles the area. The inner part of the park is a lush green space, complete with a small children's play area. Although parking can be limited, I've always managed to find a spot.
While there have been reports of car break-ins, I've been fortunate enough to avoid such incidents. Overall, Goodmans Bay is a fantastic destination that offers something for everyone.

Additionally, the beach has easy parking, clean monitored bathrooms, and food available on site, making it stand out in Nassau where these amenities are difficult to come by. Across the street, there is a small playground, unique climbing trees, and Fort Montague. The beach is quiet and relaxed with no one trying to sell cigars or beach chairs.

However, it seems like some folks missed the memo about respecting the workout space - driving your car through the park is a definite no-no. And don't get me started on those reckless jet skiers who seem to have a complete disregard for the safety of pedestrians. It's time for the authorities to step up and take control of the situation. Oh, and while they're at it, maybe they could spruce up the parking lot on the west end - a little clearer signage wouldn't hurt.

Goodmans Bay is a picturesque destination that offers a perfect blend of a park and a beach. The shoreline stretches endlessly, providing ample space for a leisurely stroll, despite occasional seaweed deposits brought in by the tides. The beach runs parallel to the BahaMar, so it's a popular spot among vacationers seeking fun in the sun. Jet ski rentals and boat trips are readily available for those who crave adventure.
The park is equally impressive, with a well-maintained running/walking path that encircles the area. The inner part of the park is a lush green space, complete with a small children's play area. Although parking can be limited, I've always managed to find a spot.
While there have been reports of car break-ins, I've been fortunate enough to avoid such incidents. Overall, Goodmans Bay is a fantastic destination that offers something for everyone.

This beach is great for swimming, as there are man-made sections in the water that provide sheltered areas. It's perfect for families and the sand is nice, although not completely powdery. Additionally, the beach has easy parking, clean monitored bathrooms, and food available on site, making it stand out in Nassau where these amenities are difficult to come by. Across the street, there is a small playground, unique climbing trees, and Fort Montague. The beach is quiet and relaxed with no one trying to sell cigars or beach chairs.

The Sea Wall at West Bay Street was an incredible adventure. The breathtaking scenery in the early hours of the day is unparalleled, with no obstructions in sight and fewer crowds to contend with. The natural beauty of the area is truly captivating. Despite being on the move and en route to a task, I couldn't help but be mesmerized by the stunning views. However, I couldn't help but feel a little uneasy about my phone's constant tracking of my movements, screening of my calls, and hiding of my emails.
