Maharepa Beach is located on the Pacific ocean and it is in the 7th place out of 19 beaches in the Windward Islands region 26.1 km away from its center, the city of Papeete. It is one of the beaches of Maharepa settlement, just 0.8 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and white sand, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal.
